How do I book tickets for ELS? Can I book tickets myself?
Tickets must be booked through your local church minister. Ministers can access log-in through ElimNET.
Will there be a crèche at ELS?
We are unable to provide crèche facilities at the Summit, however, for 2019 we will be providing a parent and toddler space located in Queens Suite where we will LiveStream the main meetings from the auditorium.
Are we required to go to every Forum?
No, although we encourage you to go to as many as you can! There will also be a selection of seminars available for you to attend. Ministers are required to be at the Business Sessions.
Are we allowed to bring our own food to HCC?
Unfortunately, you can’t bring your own food or drinks into HCC. However, there are a number of locations in the exhibition hall where you can purchase snacks, drinks and meals. There are also £1 coffee and tea points, along with tap water, also available in the exhibition hall.
Can staff at the Elim International Office in Malvern book us into the Crowne Plaza?
No - each church is responsible for booking their own team into accommodation for ELS19. The Summit has a block booking which is reserved for staff, NLT, and guest speakers.
Is there a space for prayer at ELS?
Early morning prayer happens each morning before the main sessions, in the Meeting Space. We will also have a prayer space available at ELS19 in Queens Suite which delegates can use throughout the day. Members of the prayer team will be available at various times to pray with you should you require that.
When do day passes go on sale and how much do they cost?
Day Passes usually go on sale in March. The cost for a Day Pass is £50. Evening Passes are £20.
